Owner
Erick brings over 10 years of residential, commercial and government construction management/contracting. From single-family residential renovations to international government multi-million-dollar projects, Erick has been crucial and a key contributor to several hundreds of construction projects. Erick Anthony specializes in interior and exterior renovation that not only matches the needs of the client but also brings a new and refreshing style to the project, as well.
Prior to becoming a professional contractor, Erick served in both the United States Navy and the United States Army which he served three separate overseas tours and is now a decorated Veteran. After being 'HONORABLY' discharged from Military service, Erick served overseas with a worldwide leader in construction services as a Federal Contractor with AECOM.
Coming back to the States, Erick continued his contractor journey while specializing in interior and exterior residential renovation. To him, curb appeal is crucial in the first step of making a great property while the interior is what truly makes a house a home. He is relentless in his pursuit in helping Homeowners and Property Managers ensure that their properties are always above standards.
Erick continues to educate, assist and help homeowners against bad advice, shady contractors, failed projects and 'door-knockers'. Erick lives in the Northland of Kansas City, MO in their newly built home with his fiance, Aubrey, and their dogs Buddy and Shelby. Certifications include an A+ rating with the BBB, TREX Pro Certified, Home Depot Pro, Houzz Pro, Sherwin-Williams Pro, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and a GAF Certified Residential Shingle Installer.

Stacy's eclectic work is a reflection of her background making her adaptable with an
open mindset that is eager to learn and continue to grow. During her childhood she
was an Army Brat, born & grew up on Army bases & lived in Germany. She has drawn inspiration from many cultures and presents them uniqely in all of her ideas.
Background in previous careers include; service industry, college degree in applied sciences focus in Radiology, Multi-Family management, historic & modern builds, new builds residential & commercial development, downtown KC development since 2009, business development, networking, & marketing.
Living in Kansas City with her 15 year old son, Tyson, & their Bengal cat Mahalo. Simply enjoying live music, beaches, & outdoor adventures.
